What is the Relationship Revolution all about? |

be, about relationships. After pioneering relationship
marketing programs for over 13 years, PropertySource Network
launched the Relationship Revolution as a way to combine our
best tools into one place. We believe that, as real
estate and mortgage professionals, you need tools that will
help you build, grow and enhance lifelong customer
relationships. Technology alone can't do that!
The new Revolution program combines effective technology
tools with grass-roots traditional training and marketing.
Our goal is to help you, and every member, build a personal
Relationship Network - an online contact list that will show
you how many people are in your sphere of influence and the
current stage of relationship you have with them.
You've got the easy part! Just identify your network,
and load your contacts. Once your contacts are loaded,
we'll help you build customer loyalty, repeat sales and
referrals through our effortless follow up tools.

What does my trial membership include? |

The Relationship Revolution limited trial membership
allows you to sample many of our most popular tools.
You can add up to ten contacts with no cost or obligation.
Here are some examples of how you can try the program with
your first ten contacts:
Encourage everyone to visit your customized web page containing
your personalized home page with photo, contact information and email link.
You can offer your listings and allow them to access the Property Search and
Places of Interest pages.

Promote the e-Sweepstakes program on your website and in your current print advertising

Promote the e-Sweepstakes program to a small number of
prospects in your current contact list and collect a detailed profile on each

Sign up past and current customers
for your e-Newsletters

Send birthday, holiday, open
house, new listing or special event e-Greetings

Load zip codes into your territory
settings and let us assign opt-in consumers in your area to
your Relationship Network contact list. These prospects
will receive your e-Newsletters and e-Greetings, but their
personal contact information will not be displayed to you.
Once you reach your tenth contact,
you will no longer be able to add contacts manually and your
sign-up tools will not register new contacts. Your first ten contacts
will continue to receive your e-Newsletters and e-Greetings.
Your personal web site will remain active, but the customer
registration features will no longer add new contacts to your
list once you are over your trial limit.
At any time during or after your
trial period, you can upgrade your membership to one of our
enhanced packages.

Absolutely! The Relationship Revolution will help
you build a powerful database of customers - with or without
email addresses. In fact, we'll help you capture email
addresses from your existing direct mail contact list.
Many members are realizing a big savings in their marketing
budgets by using the e-Newsletter and e-Greetings programs as
an alternative to expensive direct mail.

How does the Leads & Prospects program work? |

Leads & Prospects are only included in the Relationship Master
package. This program allows you to build your sphere-of-influence by receiving
automatic subscribers for your relationship marketing tools.
Subscriber
LEADS are generated as consumers visit the propertysource.com public web site. Each
consumer who is not already tied to an agent is matched to a specific agent in
their area by matching zip code. Each Relationship Master agent may add up to
10 zip codes to define a personal territory. New leads are distributed in even
rotation order to agents with a matching zip code.
PROSPECTS are
delivered through the PropertySource Prospect Pool. This national database of
opt-in consumers has been built over the past three years and includes consumers
who have requested information in their local area. They are currently
receiving a generic version of the Homeowner e-Newsletter. Paid Relationship
Master agents are matched to these consumers who then begin to receive the
specific, customized agent version.

Using your membership is easy! The best thing about
the program is that our follow-up tools are effortless!
The most important job you have is to enter your personal
contact list. This can be as easy as loading first
name, last name and email address for each contact.
Paid members are also able to generate leads and new contacts automatically
through e-Newsletter and e-Sweepstakes sign-ups that are added to your
web site. Paid members even receive unlimited distributed leads and
prospects from propertysource.com and our national marketing efforts!

No one can access your customer data without your unique user

quarterly drawing period and participation. The
PropertySource program is part of a national pooled drawing
consisting of numerous web sites and sponsors. While the
pooled drawing increases the number of entrants, numerous
studies show that people don't really care about the odds, they
care about the 'chance to win'. Look no further than the state
lotteries, for example. Huge odds and millions of regular
players.

The Sweepstakes
Rules and Regulations allow consumers in the United States
and Canada to enter, excluding Puerto Rico and Quebec.
The program needs to be promoted as the "Home Sweet Home Sweepstakes" because we are the
national sponsor of the promotion. ePrize is the actual
company providing the prize. By participating in the
program, you are letting your customers know about the ability
for them to enter. You should not represent that you are
providing the prize yourself.
While it is possible
for PropertySource to offer this Sweepstakes to consumers
(except in PR and Quebec), there are several states that
prohibit licensed real estate agents from "inducing" customers
with sweepstakes promotions. It is your responsibility to
check with your state regulation commissions or government
entities to make sure that you can promote or make your
customer aware of this promotion. Each state is
different, and these laws are often difficult to interpret.
We are aware of regulations which may prevent you from
participating in states which include, but are not
necessarily limited to District of Columbia, KY, NJ, MO, OK,
RI, and WV.
Be sure to tell your state that you are not actually providing
the prize itself, but that you are promoting it as part of your
advertising or customer follow up.
We would like to know what you find in your states and we'll
share that information with our REALTOR community. Please

What lead capture tools can I use if I am in a state that does
not allow sweepstakes? |

We WILL be offering
additional lead capture tools that will be based on the same
premise as the Sweepstakes promotion. You will have
access to banners, pop-up ads and other promotional tools that
will offer customers an incentive to register with you.
Some ideas that have been provided include a "personal home
shopper" concept, CMAs, and Home Valuation reports. We
would LOVE to hear your ideas. Please send any thoughts
you have on additional services. We plan to have features for those of you who cannot offer a sweepstakes promotion and look forward to your feedback and questions.
