11/2/01 ~ Barbara Sinatra, widow of Ol' Blue Eyes has put their home on the market. The 9,000 square foot mansion has 5 bedrooms, including the master suite which occupies the entire second floor and contains a gym and private terrace. Picture yourself having breakfast in the massive white kitchen where Frank once cooked for himself and friends. The property features lush gardens, patios, a pool and waterfall plus a guest apartment. Built in 1965, this California style home is offered at $12.5 million.

10/26/01 ~ The Georgetown home of Katherine Graham is being offered by her estate for $8.35 million. The four-story home has nine bedrooms, five fireplaces, and a swimming pool. Graham, who published the Washington Post from 1963 to 1991, hosted parties for a number of presidents, including Reagan and Clinton, and feted such celebrities as Princess Diana and Bill Gates. In her memoir, Graham described the property as 'a loveable house with character.' Katherine Graham died in July at the age of 84.

10/19/01 ~ Kelsey Grammer has sold his Hollywood Hills home to an executive of Nickelodeon Productions for $720,000. (Originally listed for $715,000).  Built in 1964, the home was purchased by Grammer in March 2000.  Grammer and his wife live primarily in Malibu and decided that they didn't spend enough time in Hollywood Hills to justify keeping a home there. The contemporary-style home has 2100 square-feet with three-bedrooms, and a deck with views to the ocean.

10/12/01 ~ The newly acquired home purchased by Sylvester Stallone, adjacent to his original property, offers 15,000-square-feet with four bedrooms, including a master suite with two baths. The home also has a billiard room, screening room, two-story reading room, a sky lit indoor pool, outdoor pool, and tennis court.

The two-acre estate sits behind gates like Stallone's current home, which he bought in 1998 for $10 million. Stallone reportedly paid $16 million for the new property, which he may intend to use as a guesthouse for visiting family members. There is also a suggestion that Stallone, who likes to paint, might use the house as a studio and gallery.

10/05/01 ~ Jessica Biel, best known for her role as the oldest daughter in television's '7th Heaven,' is the proud owner of a $600,000 Santa Monica condo. The 19-year-old actress has purchased a 1600 square-foot home in a four-story building that was built about ten years ago. The condo has maple floors, high ceilings with crown moldings, two fireplaces, and two patios. Biel attends Tufts University in Massachusetts, and will live in Santa Monica when she's in California working.
