While waiting for my house to be built the lease to my apartment was up so I had to pay $300 extra a month for a month to month lease. It was only suppose to be for a month or two but the house took over 3 months past its advertised date. Andy got a hold of the project manager and they reimbursed me everything I was spending extra. Andy stopped by and kept me informed on the construction and checked on the house making sure it was being done properly and always kept me up to date.
