One of the things I like about Andy is that he makes an effort to fix things on his own before making service calls - that's important when you're too far to do something yourself and don't want to run up expensive repair bills. I would recommend him to my friends looking for a property manager in the Charleston area without question. Erica We were stationed there for 3 years and no problems what so ever. He increased our rent ONCE in those 3 years and it was only by $50. Always got things done when things needed to be fixed in the home we were renting threw him.
