I would like the opportunity to introduce myself.  My name is Shirley Litz.  I am a NY State Licensed Realtor who has been involved with the housing/construction industry for over 30 years. My specialty is in corporate relocation, residential housing, commercial and residential subdivisions.  My primary focus is on you, your family,your needs and desires.
